1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product or color.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, hijabs, scarves, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Email us at support@aphiara.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.
- After inspection, we’ll process your replacement or refund (if eligible).
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item.
