1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection at www.aphiara.com, select your preferred item, choose your color or size (if available), and click Add to Cart.
Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete payment securely online.


 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and eWallets supported in Malaysia.
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.


 

3. How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 5–8 business days
    You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.

 

4. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@aphiara.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.


 

5. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address before checkout.
Aphiara Empire is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers (see our Customer Information Policy for details).


 

6. Are your hijabs and bracelets authentic Aphiara products?

Yes. Every product sold on Aphiara.com is an original item designed, packed, and shipped directly by Aphiara Empire.


 

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Yes, we currently ship to selected countries.
